SoCalGas® appreciates your participation in the California Advanced Homes Program (CAHP).
We are pleased to announce additional CAHP funding is now available, effective April 2, 2018. Qualifying CAHP projects enrolled throughout our entire SoCalGas service area are once again eligible for full natural gas/electric incentives.
Our California Advanced Homes Program highlights “best practices” in energy-efficient and sustainable green building techniques and offers financial incentives to help builders and architects create eco-friendly communities for potential home buyers.
SoCalGas serves as a resource for the information you need to build new homes that meet CAHP requirements. Your assigned account representative will explain how you can save money while offering your buyers the kind of environmentally-responsible, dual-energy design they’re demanding.
Let us show your team how CAHP can save you up to hundreds of dollars per unit and help make your bottom line a little greener too. Builders can receive up to $250,000 in CAHP incentives for a multi-family high-rise project, but don’t delay. Program funding may be limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis - contact your SoCalGas Account Representative today.

The California Advanced Homes Program is funded by California utility customers and administered by Southern California Gas Company, San Diego Gas & Electric Company, Pacific Gas and Electric Company and Southern California Edison® under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission. Program funds, including any funds utilized for rebates or incentives, will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until such funds are no longer available.
