The mission of the Building Industry Association of Southern California, San Bernardino County Chapter (BIA) is to promote, advocate for and grow the homebuilding industry through member representation and community education at the local level. In addition, the San Bernardino County Chapter shall maintain a presence and influence on industry-related issues at regional, state, and national levels.

California’s homeownership rate is currently ranked 49th in the nation. BIA seeks to limit the regulatory burden which increases housing costs.
