The City of Victorville's Planning Commission is currently conducting public workshops to update their guidelines for Specific Plans and Planned Unit Development (PUD). On Wednesday, January 27th BIA Baldy View Chapter Government Affairs team coordinated with city staff on a tour of various specific plan developments in the cities of San Bernardino, Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga and Ontario. All five Planning Commissioners attended the tour along with the BIA Victorville task force. BIA Baldy View has been involved in every step of the process to ensure that any proposed amendments have been properly vetted by the homebuilding industry. Below is a timetable of meeting and events the Task Force has led. Moving forward BIABV will continue to monitor the Planning Commission discussions.
